  Thank you for squeezing Peppy in yesterday as you can see he is now happily chewing on both sides of his mouth and no signs of pain or discomfort today.. in fact I think he is smiling. Brilliant service.

  Absolutely wonderful experience. Vet was so very gentle and kind to my elderly dog and I left feeling more encouraged than I have for a long time. The vet has given him more pain meds that hopefully will improve his quality of life and give us more time with him. Thankyou Emily

  I don’t think I’ve ever written a review so quickly, but this veterinary surgery is amazing. My mum has an 11-year-old Labrador x Alsatian. We first noticed a growth near her back end two years ago. We took a photo and showed it to another vet (not these), who told us there was no point bringing her in. He said there was nothing he could do, and that she was too old for surgery. So we were left in limbo. Recently, she went downhill fast, crying through the night, clearly uncomfortable. I honestly thought we were at the end of her life and didn’t want her suffering. I rang one vet who was charging three times the call-out fee Wight Vets quoted. Then I rang another, but they had no sympathy at all. (My mum had a traumatic experience with a previous vet years ago, which made this even harder.) They just didn’t understand. These were the third vets I called—and from the very first phone call, both receptionists I spoke to were absolutely lovely. They came out straight away, and after seeing her, they said she was actually in decent shape for her age and that the growth could be removed. She was in surgery the next morning and back home by 3pm. Every single woman in that surgery was incredible. They didn’t just care for my mum’s dog, they cared for my mum’s emotions, too. She’s now home recovering, comfortable, and has a whole new lease on life. Next year she’ll be travelling around the UK with me in my van, getting lots of new sniffs! I honestly can’t thank you all enough. You can feel how much they care about the animals. Thank you again. 💛

  A big thank you to all at Wight Vets for my recent need of you. Customer service on the phone and by mail has been superb. The two lovely ladies who visited where more than professional and sympathetic. I would recommend your services to anyone. Here is a snap of Riva in happier days, she had over 18 year's of them.   Once again had a Great service from you guys our dog is hard to handle but between us we got him sorted 🙏 he wasn't happy when he got home & wanted nothing to do with any of us 😅 he's now feeling a lot better & back to his normal self. Thank you for taking good care of Ronnie ❤️
