I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I recently had to bring my dog, Gizmo, in for a stressful and complex appointment. From the moment we walked in, the entire team went completely out of their way to be kind, supportive, and compassionate, completely putting my mind at ease. The head vet, Peter, was incredibly thorough, honest, and professional while explaining the results of Gizmo's tests. A special, heartfelt thank you must go to his assistant, Molly, who was absolute sunshine during a difficult day. The level of empathy and genuine care from everyone at this clinic is rare. They don't just treat animals; they look after the people who love them, too. It was a truly life-affirming experience. Thank you all so much

We took our old cat to see Pete yesterday. Nothing really wrong with him, just old age. Pete gave us very sensible advice on what our alternatives were, advising against costly scans etc. What a difference to the company vets who just want your money. He gave Henry some palliative care, and when the time comes I'm sure that Pete will give him a painless end. This is the most wonderful practice. Everyone there was so nice to us.

It has taken me a few months to be able to write this review. I lost two of my beloved dogs within 2 months of each other. On each occasion Pete the vet was dedicated, kind and caring to my dogs at all times. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and compassion for Teddy and Florence. Without doubt the best vet practice that cares and understands your animals. Thank you Pete & Team 🐾

I honestly feel like there should be a TV Programme made about this place!!! Such a lovely surgery with amazing, friendly staff. From the first phone call right the way through consultations, life changing surgery and after care. Everyone has been so helpful, understanding and reassuring. My boy Bobby has received the upmost care and attention. Thank you so much Peter and team. Both of my cats are now registered and we feel so lucky to have found you via Friends of the Animals. Well done 🐾🐾

This is THE vet for the Isle of Wight! They are so caring and their expertise with all the animals is second to none. I have never come across such caring vets/nurses /admin staff. This may sound like an over the top review, but everything I've said is true.
