Outstanding Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had the misfortune of needing to take our dog to the vets while away. It was a Friday night/ early hours of Saturday morning even at this time the veterans service our dog receive was second to non, Quickly diagnosed and issued treatment, genuinely believe without the treatment she received that night she wouldn’t be here. We really couldn’t grumble at the price compared to previous treatments we’ve had to have for our dog elsewhere. Paperwork was sat with our usual vets the next morning were we had a pre 11 o’clock appointment. A very big thank you to Grace. Bow is doing great 👍.

Amazing vets. All staff members genuinely care about animals and give a very warm welcome. The service they provide is of high quality. They care more about the animal than lining their pockets which is a refreshing change and gives me great confidence in recommending them to others.

I've only been with Wensleydale a few months. First time I took my Yorkie and they were so good with her. Patient and kind and we were made to feel very welcome. Last week I had to make a very difficult decision to let my German shepherd go. I asked for a home visit as he was people reactive. From start to finish the vet and receptionists were amazing. My boy went peacefully in his own home surrounded by people he loved. Thank you all so much for your care, kindness and compassion. You're all amazing! ❤️

I changed vets to Wensleydale and it was the best decision I ever made. I have been with them during the loss of 3 of my pets and they were so kind, helpful, considerate, compassionate and much more from start to finish. The most recent pet I lost even whilst he was weak still jumped off the bed to greet Amy because he knew her from previous visits and liked her so much and felt comfortable with her that when the sad time came he was already at ease with the process making it all the more bearable. They are very reasonably priced and helpful when needed. They truly are the best from the receptionists to the veterinary surgeons they all come up trumps. Thank you ladies, paw shakes from my little ones you helped along the way

  • I arranged an emergency appointment for my cat. The reception staff were kind, attentive and ready for me the moment we arrived. The vet did a really thorough and very gentle initial assessment, putting me and my cat completely at ease. They showed the same thoroughness during their diagnosis, yet with a pleasant low key approach, even when discussing subjects which could easily become both stressful and upsetting. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for competent caring veterinary care.
