My cat is always happy to venture to the vets for lots of cuddles and kindness, so they are obviously doing all the right things.

All nursing staff and reception staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming, lovely with my dog and even gave me a rescue remedy wipe for him because he was anxious in the waiting room. Reasonable prices and very clean, plenty of availability for appointments, have gotten us booked in at short notice two days in a row. THANK YOU!
Read on Google →I’ve always found the vets themselves to be absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely reassuring when it matters most. I really couldn’t fault the veterinary team at all. However, the experience at reception is a completely different story. Unfortunately, the customer service is consistently poor. There’s little to no warmth, no welcoming attitude, and no empathy, which is quite disappointing in an environment where people are often worried about their pets. Being greeted with a blunt “have you got an appointment?” and then directed to sit down without so much as a smile doesn’t create a great first impression. I’m not expecting over-the-top service, but basic friendliness and understanding would go a long way. It’s a shame, as the vets themselves are brilliant, but the front-of-house experience really lets the practice down.

We really appreciate you seeing us with very little notice for both our appointments. Your expect care was much appreciated and Rosie is feeling much better. Thank you for saving our holiday!! Can’t recommend you enough! You are also very reasonably priced compared to back home. Thank you again. Charlotte Holmes
Read on Google →Just recently, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to help my two elderly dogs over the rainbow bridge. I called to speak to one of the vets and spoke to Zoe who was completely aware of the history and was very supportive of my decision. I opted for the vet to come to my house which was a good decision as I didn't have to walk away from them and leave them in the surgery and they would have been so stressed at the surgery. Zoe and the vetinary nurse Becks were so kind and respectful even though I must have driven them mad with my constant nervous chatter. Thank you both so much for everything. RIP Honey and Bunny
