This amazing team saved our dogs life! Our pom was in for a routine op, but the tube in her throat caused the airways to close. This is extremely rare & no-one’s fault. A less experienced vet may not have known what the issue was. Billy performed an emergency tracheostomy & placed a tube in her throat so she could breathe. He then took her home that night for observation, which would’ve cost £2500 elsewhere. The team (primarily Billy & Helen) were starting work early, finishing late, explaining everything, messaging & phoning us (including during the evening & weekend). They have a lovely way with people (& pets) & were very reassuring, supporting my wife & I through this upsetting time. We also noticed staff tending to other pets to keep them calm & happy. I don’t have the words to express how fantastic Billy, Helen & the team have been & how grateful we are. Again- THANK YOU!!!
