Fiona was amazing, my westie had to have a cancerous lump removed which was very close to his bottom. She carried out a fabulous procedure very careful and managed to remove it sucessfully. A true credit to the practice. Thank you Fiona xx

Polite lovely staff. Update: My cats have now been seen several times by this practice. I find the vets and desk staff to all be very empathetic, efficient and supportive.

Extremely sympathetic when we took our cat to be euthanized. We were offered & given alone time at each step which was hugely appreciated. 100 percent care and compassion was given. Thank you

We have used Wallace Vets for a few years now and are looking at alternatives. Generally the staff have been fine as individuals. My gripe is the charges have got much more elevated and in particular costs of medicines in the last year especially. As an example I have looked at the last 3 items we were prescribed in the last 6 months. We paid £23 (available online £7), £27 (available online £9.50) and £35 (available online £15.50). When I asked about this I explained I understood different online overheads but still the items were significantly expensive. I asked about getting a prescription to buy elsewhere and was told I could but Wallace Vets would charge £20+ for this and it would only enable me to buy the same product and amount elsewhere. Effectively I would be paying the same or even more when adding the prescription cost to any online supplier price. Overall really unimpressed with such a rip off process considering the consultation charges in the first place are significant.
