A really exceptional practice. I've been to many vets and the care and approach at VetShack has been really refreshing. Rob the vet is amazing with my dog and keeping up with her complicated chronic issues, so experienced and knowledgeable but also caring. The rest of the team are also lovely and always helpful. Aside from the excellent care: modern facilities, calm atmosphere, easy communication, out of hours video vet service, easy access/parking. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a veterinary practice that isn’t a corporate machine, but instead offers genuinely personalised care for both you and your pet, look no further. They combine modern facilities with extensive knowledge, and they take the time to truly get to know your pet—and you as an owner—which is incredibly reassuring. Their staff are wonderfully friendly, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Nothing feels scripted; their approach is entirely tailored, and the way they explain the “whys” and “hows” is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Amazing practice, from very warm welcome to an absolutely amazing consultation with Brendan. Very interested in my situation with regards to the two large pups we have at home. Very good interaction with my pup Mac.

Vetshack Chartham is the most amazing vet practice. They care about the pet and the owner. They understand how much we love and worry about our pets and nothing is too much trouble. Its like taking your pet to your friends to be looked after, from the nurses, the receptionists, to Rob and Rachel and the rest of the team. Its the gold star of how to run a practice. Well done Vetshack!"

Vetshack are fantastic, the best vets we have ever been too. They are compassionate and always have time to speak to you and fit you in if you have a concern. They take time to know you and your pet which makes them stand out compared to other big corporations.
