  Weekend emergency visit: The reception team and nurses were incredibly friendly, kind, and considerate of our feelings throughout our visit. This is a "sit and wait" service, a bit like A&E, so if a pet arrives requiring more urgent veterinary care, they are understandably seen first. We ended up spending around 5 hours at the practice, but the reception staff were very apologetic throughout and regularly offered tea, coffee, and updates while we waited. We then had to leave our dog at the practice for treatment over night but unfortunately she became quite stressed. The team contacted us, and we returned at 11:30pm to collect her, which we really appreciated. Although the costs were high, everything was clearly explained before we agreed to any treatment, so there were no surprises. In the grand scheme of things, you can't put a price on your pet's health and wellbeing. Overall, the care and professionalism we received made the wait worthwhile, and most importantly, our pet received the treatment she needed.

  From the moment we arrived, all staff were so friendly, calming and welcoming. They were amazing with my dog and managed to remove a grass seed from his nose. It was an emergency and out of hours. The process from calling my vets, being put through to out of hours, getting an appointment, and being seen, was so easy and trouble free. A massive thank you from myself & Lupa to all involved, Lupa is doing really well and back to his cheeky little self ❤️

  I had cause to visit the emergency vets twice over the bank holiday weekend with my dog ! He is usually petrified of the vets but they greeted him with warmth and he went in easily! The nurses, receptionist and vets were all caring and kind and explained all costs to me and results so I could make a decision about what to do with max’s treatment! Regular updates put my mind at rest ! Absolutely excellent service and so pleased they were there when we needed them x thank you to you all x

  They were super professional and knew their stuff from beginning to end, and they helped so much with little Winnie. Winnie needed some extra special treatment, and they even set that up. Winnie's little gift from them was really sweet too. Thanks a bunch for taking the time to help Winnie get back on the road to recovery.

  Went here with our dog who had a turn in the early hours. We were seen by a vet within 30 minutes of calling. Treated with kindness and empathy by the staff. He's now home and resting. Thanks to the staff on shift at Vets Now Manningtree.
