  Kate and Laura are incredible. They have been so kind and caring to my babies and I. Through treatment till the end there is no bad word I can say. They are considerate, kind, helpful, reassuring and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rare vets who are there for the fluffy children and not for profit. They treated my babies like they would their own. I can't express how appreciative I am for how much they have helped me and babies. 5 stars is not enough. Thankyou so much.

  We had to make that horrible decision to say goodbye to our beloved pet, Angel. We did not want to do so in a Vet's consulting room or in our home and we settled on the Pet Crematorium at Tendering who provided a comfortable room for us. Laura and Kate both attended the Crematorium when we arrived and they were empathetic, friendly and caring in what was a very upsetting situation for us. They talked is through the process and undertook their duties in a professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone in a similar situation, or who needs care for their pet.

  My cat had been so ill and I feared the worse. I knew that losing my baby was always going to be extremely difficult. I never wanted our last memories of each other to be her crying as I put her in a cat carrier to go to the vet. I called and spoke to Laura, and Laura and Kate came that very evening. Kate assessed my cat and explained thoroughly what was wrong, and that the best thing to do was let her go. They treated my cat with such dignity and allowed me to hold my baby as she was put to sleep. I wish all vets were like this. They kept reassuring me I had taken great care of her and given her a good life. They also replied to my texts afterwards, answering my questions, and kindly let me know my baby arrived safely at the crematorium. Thank you Laura and Kate for treating my little girl in such a kind, calm and respectful way.
