  My dog presented with pyrometra. We contacted Vets Now as they are the out of Hours vet linked to Park Vetenary centre. The lady who took my call was calm and took all the details, checked with the vet and said to go straight over. When we arrived, the vet met us immediately examined my dog. Explained what she had found and confirmed with an xray. She explained the process and the price range for the operation. We asked for her to do the operation that night. She phoned us when she had completed the operation and let us know how our dog was doing. We collected the dog the following morning and caught up with how she had been overnight. Paid the bill and took her to our own vet for a day on a drip and monitoring. The operation site is very clean and neat and my dog is recovering well. Thank you so much for your understanding and calm explanation of the problem and options available and the excellent job done.

  We were so impressed with the care, professionalism and expertise of your staff despite the middle of the night emergency. Neo is making huge steps in his recovery and is at the door moaning to get back out hunting again. There is still a long way to go but we are positive that he will make a full recovery despite the severity of his wound. Thank you all so much.

  The staff where amazing. They helped put our mind at rest really quickly and helped us understand all options and how we can get help from insurers etc too with the claim. They helped fill in forms and kept us up to date with regular messages on how our dog was doing.

  Had to take my new dog to vets now on Sunday as she had eaten a box of cream chocolate cakes and pizzas!! She had an injection to make her sick and they kept her there for roughly half an hour before giving me some charcoal and sent her home. Lovely vet and delightful receptionist. However I cannot believe this obscene amount of money of £619 was fair The Government definitely has to look into the ownership and charging of the veterinary pet industry

  Brilliant. Took my little dog Minnie here last night, as she was very unwell. Charlotte and the rest of the team did an amazing job. Genuinely cared about how Minnie was. Thank you so much again.
