  We've always been so impressed with the care shown to our boys. As rat owners its difficult to find vets that are experienced with an exotic classed animal but they've always gone above and beyond. I'd especially like to thank Sonya, Rachel and John who often see our boys and treat them with the love and care they deserve. Prices and best options are discussed and transparent and they've always fitted us in for regular appointments and emergencies. We dont live as close anymore but I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else if I can help it.

  Amazing staff members! The reception team is always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. All the nurses at the clinic are incredibly kind and take such great care of our furry loved ones. I would especially like to mention Vet Sonja—she is truly exceptional. She doesn’t make assumptions; instead, she takes the time to thoroughly investigate and get to the root of any issue. Her dedication and commitment to helping animals is remarkable, and she always does everything possible to provide the best care. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and compassion!

  I can’t recommend Sonja highly enough. We first met her back in 2013 when we moved to HH and she took over the care of our Daisy, who was just one year old at the time. From that very first appointment, we knew we’d found someone special. Ever since, we’ve happily followed Sonja wherever she’s been because she’s so much more than just a brilliant vet - she’s an exceptionally kind and caring human being who genuinely puts her patients first. Daisy was with us for many happy years, but in her later life she was diagnosed with cancer. Despite everything we tried, there was sadly no hope of recovery. Those five months of fighting were incredibly tough, and when the time came for Daisy to leave us, Sonja was there every step of the way. She treated Daisy with such love and respect, as though she were her own dog. Daisy absolutely adored her — and so did we. During one of the darkest periods of our lives, Sonja was a true light. She went so far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, showing the most extraordinary kindness, compassion and understanding. My husband and I will never forget how she supported us, and we’ll always be deeply grateful. I also want to give a special mention to Claire, Kim and Sarah, who were equally wonderful. Their empathy and gentle care during those heartbreaking final weeks meant the world to us. Sonja and her team really are exceptional. If you’re lucky enough to have them looking after your pet, you’re in the very best hands.

  Always had a very good experience here and have used for over ten years, never any problem in getting an appointment when needed and all staff so friendly and helpful. Vets go out of their way to ensure everything is explained and I don’t feel ripped off for prices

  Please, if you care for your pet - use a different vet. I’d taken my cat to this vet numerous times to complain about breathing difficulties through his nose. They charged me upwards of £500 in total for services I now believe they never carried out. They told me countless times my cat had nothing in his nose, and wanted me to pay £1000+ for a CAT Scan to double check. I asked plenty of times for a copy of the test results they’ve done, and they were unable to provide this. I submitted a GDPR FoI, which they are yet to respond to (they have 2 days left, legally). I took Archibald abroad, to have a different vet check him out. One endoscopy was done, and the vet in Poland was shocked at the size of the cancerous growth in his nose. They informed us that there was no way it could’ve been missed by any vet. Here’s Archie now, so thank you Companion Care. I will be reporting CC through the Independent Vet Mediation Service and suing for damages including but no limited to Travel, Operative Costs and the stress caused.
