Our family used this service to say goodbye to our much loved pet Bella the pug. It was so difficult to do but Riccardo made sure she was comfortable and at home with her family. The service was amazing from start to finish and the contact was impressive to make sure everything was covered . A neighbours pet dog was in distress and needing a vet. This practice was the only one that could help us and they was absolutely amazing. The lady who dealt with everything was Annie and she was so professional at her job. She even arranged for the body to be disposed off. We would not hesitate to use this practice again. They really do go far beyond then the rest of the Vets. Excellent service and caring staff.
