  Percy (cat) is always well looked after when he visits. My previous pet dog , was always taken care of and received the best care. I couldn't recommend a better and more professional vets.

  I will be eternally grateful to all the staff for their care, kindness and support when my precious Rosie became unwell on Friday.   Stella has been fantastic caring for our cat John, who developed struvite crystals and then had 3 subsequent uterine blockages requiring emergency catheratisation plus treatment for a UTI all within 3 weeks! She is nurturing and gentle, and very well informed and efficient. Thank you so much Stella! Unfortunately john couldn't get a break and without the cathetar blocked again instantly. If he'd managed even a week or two of normality we would have trusted the staff here with P.U surgery as a last resort but it wasn't fair to put him through another procedure back to back. Sadly Ida had to put john to sleep but in a way that suited him and me, so that I could cuddle him the whole time. It still doesn't feel real but I'll always be grateful that she did it as sensitively as possible. The rest of the staff we dealt with were also caring, friendly and professional at a really stressful, sad time. Thank you x
