  Cardiology Dpt / re: Olive ( Doberman ). I cannot thank you enough for the role you’ve played in saving her life. Each day forward is a blessing and I’m forever grateful. Daily shes continues to enjoy her precious time with me, and we’re never apart. She’s no idea of her severe illness, and that keeps me going. The empathy and kindness you’ve all treated us with has been wonderful and despite the mental struggles that have been placed upon me as to how unfair life can be, your expertise and professionalism keeps me fighting on Olives behalf.   Highly recommend this vets to everyone, we got referred for my dog and the care has been outstanding!   Loki’s Very Important Visits to the Small Animal Teaching Hospital Hello! My name is Loki, and I am a very good dog 🐾 I have floppy ears, a waggy tail, and sometimes I have to visit a very special place called the Small Animal Teaching Hospital. When I walk through the big doors, everyone knows my name. “Hello, Loki!” they say, and my tail starts thumping straight away. I never feel scared, because the people there are kind, gentle, and smell just a little bit like treats. The clever vets listen carefully to my heart, my tummy, and even my feet. They explain things slowly and softly, and they always make sure I am comfortable. If I feel worried, someone gives me a cuddle, and if I am brave (which I usually am), I get lots of praise. There are students there too, learning how to look after dogs like me. They are very careful and very patient, and they make me feel important—like I am helping them learn their dog-doctor magic. Every time I visit, I am looked after so well, from my nose to the end of my tail. By the time it’s over, I feel better, loved, and very proud of myself. The Small Animal Teaching Hospital isn’t just a hospital to me. It’s a place where dogs are listened to, cared for, and treated like heroes. Love, Loki 🦴💛

  Place was amazing…. My Miniature Dachshund went in with IVDD (slipped disc) and went straight to surgery. When I took her she was lame, in pain and I thought the worst! 48 hours later and she’s home and able to walk!!! She picked up the injury 24 hours before I took her! The neurologist was amazing!!! Honest from the start! Yes vets cost Money but every penny well spent!! Thank you so much!!!

  Faultless. I was extremely anxious about the whole "take my poorly dog to hospital" experience and all the staff made it as smooth as possible. The reception and accounting staff helped me through what I needed to do, the students who initially questioned me about my dog's medical history and background were great and the vet I saw explained what the course of action would be and put my mind at ease. Can't thank them enough.
