I was very nervous to take my two guinea pigs to the vet, however after going to Tremain vets my mind was put at ease. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. My piggies were both handled with care and caution. The vet itself was clean and full of positive energy. Thank you to Darcy for being so amazing during the appointment. Our baby Obi felt especially comfortable around you 💗

These guys are wonderful. They squeezed me in right at the end of the day when my Lab had hurt his face. SO friendly, reception were brilliant and overall just a very lovely experience for us all in a bad situation. All vets are expensive - owning a pet is one of life's luxuries and the expense is something you should always consider before buying/rescuing! Thanks to this team for keeping me and Rodney calm!

My cat is terrified of going in. I wish they could offer a sedative so I could just get him in for his annual jabs etc?

Very expensive and doesn't do their job properly. Because we are moving out, we asked for our pet's medical history and received an empty document with the dates of the past consultations and nothing else (created by a robot) . We also realised that some of the past vaccinations were not even written down which delayed everything for us. During the last consultation, the vet told us that last year's booster was not recorded on the computer (?!) and asked us if we actually got it done. To get a document to travel abroad with our pet, they asked us for 304 pounds while another place asked for 99 pounds for the exact same thing. Last but not least (definitely the worst for me), we realised before leaving that our pet's microchip didn't match the number recorded on the computer. So if our pet ever got lost, we would have never found him again because the admin team didn't type the number properly 5 years ago! That's a very serious error. We spotted it, even if it's not our job. You have to be very accurate and detail-oriented when working in administration, especially in the health sector! Very disappointed with this place and happy to go elsewhere. I do not recommend.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff - no question was too much! They went out of their way to fit in our appointment. So glad we found them and will continue to use their services. Quick and easy walk from the Sainsbury's parking lot.
