Brilliant Vet surgery. Our cat went for their annual check up and was very distressed on his journey here and when we got in there were plug in pheromones and blankets to help soothe your cat and reduced their stress. Coupled along with a cat stand. What a fantastic idea. The vet was really knowledgeable and offered some fabulous tips for our Cat (Milo) too. I would recommend this surgery.
Read on Google →UPDATE!! Even though from time to time mishaps and delays occur. What I do really appreciate the most, in regards to the complaints process in general, is the feedback and more importantly the follow-up. I returned to the practice the following back, as my boy still needed his meds. I do appreciate that, after I came out of the consultation with the vet, Ella was waiting at the front desk, to basically apologise in person (which is always a nice personal and professional touch) and what follow-up processes, the practice as done to hopefully prevent any reoccurrence and learn from this. Thanks Ella 6 years I've been with this practice and its getting worse and worse. Another appointment that was over 30mins late, to the point I had to leave and make another appointment has my dog needs his medication. What's worse is, having waited over 30mins past your appointment time, you have to find out yourselves whether they are behind, no courtesy on informing you when you check in. Also very annoying when other people, who have the same appointment time as you, who check in after you, are seen first. Will be looking for a new more professional practice than this one. Pretty poor service indeed
Read on Google →First class treatment for my Cockerpoo. From the vet, to the nurses to the practice manager. Excellent service and they were extremely helpful getting me a preauthorisation for his treatment which then accelerated the insurance claim. All done and dusted and back in my account in a week. Couldn't ask for better service.
Read on Google →I recently took my rescue cat Alice to this practice and had a really positive experience. Alice is very shy and nervous, so I was a little worried about how she would cope, but everyone was so kind, patient and understanding with her. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and the vet we saw was brilliant. They took the time to make Alice feel as comfortable as possible and made what could have been a stressful visit much easier for both of us. The whole team were friendly, professional and genuinely caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I'm very grateful for the excellent care Alice received.
Read on Google →This is the third incident in the last 12 months. I visited the vets to order a prescription 10 days prior to the medication running out, was told the vet would contact me via telephone, I was never contacted, I made three additional phone calls and was told each time the vet would contact me. I visited in person to enquire (without my pet) and was told in order to speak with the vet, this would be a chargeable consultation. I was then told again, the vet would contact me the following day, two days past only to be told the vet has gone on holiday and that my pet is to go without the prescription which is dangerous as this is not a medication that can be halted without lowering the dose gradually. The receptionist then wanted to book my pet in for an examination for an infection? When asked for a more detailed explanation, the receptionist was unable to give any clarification, this is confusing as our pet is undergoing no treatment for any infection and has no conditions outside the scope of the prescribed medication. We are moving to a new practice as this is inhumane and unprofessional to say the least.
