I received fantastic service from start to finish. From the friendly reception staff to the nurse who treated my English Bulldog, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I needed my dog’s nails trimmed urgently, and they kindly squeezed me in within 30 minutes. Nurse Rebecca Lyes was absolutely lovely—professional, gentle, and did a fantastic job with the nail trim. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Thank you.

My youngest cat had to have dental surgery recently and I wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for the care and attention they gave to Theo . I met Mary for the first time what a lovely caring lady she was and she had such a gentle nature when handling a very stressed cat . Just wanted to show my appreciation to you all.

Wonderful, caring, compassionate vets. I've been taking my dogs here since 2016 and even though I've moved a bit further away I still continue using them. Toby my spaniel received the best care with former vet Will after he swallowed a corn cob and needed major surgery. He is usually indifferent to men but loved on Will, clearly showing he and the team took great care of him. Every time I visit the reception staff are always so lovely and welcoming, they clearly care about their jobs and the animals. Always answer the phones, always try to accommodate for appointments (quick & pre scheduled). I just don't have a bad word to say about them. I can't recommend Townsend Bromsgrove enough. Big thanks from Toby & Mila

We went just before Christmas with our poorly guinea pig Pig. They were the only vets in Bromsgrove who could see us even though we said we thought she might not make it. She was old and ill and unfortunately had to be euthanised. The people at the vets were so understanding and caring. A few days later we received a card from them saying Sorry for our loss. It was handwritten so personal to us and it really meant a lot.

The table tops were so exciting, I had a great time making sure every inch was inspected for hidden foods - unfortunately it seems all of the surfaces had been cleaned thoroughly. 10 out of 10 for the nail job, although quite why you decided to change my perfectly sharpened talons I will never understand. Looking forward to inspecting under the desk next time - I'm pretty certain that's where the snacks are kept (and thank you for not fat shaming me - I'm nearly bikini body ready) Fudge.
