  I brought my cat in because his medication had run out, and the receptionist told me that he needed to come in for a blood test before they could provide more medication. I brought him in today, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the appointment. The vet did not properly explain what the blood test was checking for, and then said she was also going to take a urine sample “just in case.” At no point was I told that this would result in an additional charge, nor was it clearly explained what the urine sample was actually being tested for. All I wanted was to get my cat’s medication renewed. I later asked the vet whether I would need to bring him in for testing every time his medication ran out, and she said no. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially as he had already had a blood test in June. I was then shocked to be presented with a bill of £312.51 at reception. My main issue is not simply the cost, but the complete lack of transparency beforehand. Customers should be clearly told what tests are being carried out, why they are necessary, and how much they are going to cost before agreeing to them. I left feeling extremely upset and as though unnecessary tests had been added without properly discussing them with me first. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice.

  They were super nice and welcoming. I wish I could keep my cat there but unfortunately they only serves the C4 (microchip and neutering for 10 pounds if you're in UC). For help paying on vaccination and treatment you need to go to Richmond. Is the nearester one with fair help. And it is a shame...because Young Veterinary are very good,clean,lovely. I hope one day they will be able to have more help available for less rich people who loves and cares for animals.

  Absolutely amazing service – thank you Alice & Barbara! I honestly can’t thank you all enough, especially Alice and Barbara, you two have been absolutely incredible from the very first day 🥰 I brought Ginger in, my newly adopted stray cat, for his first ever appointment. We were booked for 2:45pm but being a stray boy who’s lived outside all his life, he kept wandering off and going missing every single time I tried to catch him! Each time I rang to say I couldn’t get him there, they were so understanding, kind and patient – never once did I feel like I was being a nuisance or causing hassle. They moved my appointment, then when he went missing again they rearranged everything once more just to make it work for me. They knew exactly what it’s like trying to catch a nervous stray and they went out of their way to accommodate me every single time. At our first visit they did his full health check, microchipped him and gave him his flea and worm treatment, handling him so gently and carefully even though he’s still shy and not used to being handled much yet. Then today we had his vaccination appointment booked for 2:30pm and sure enough… he went missing again! 😂 I rang up feeling so worried and they were just so lovely, explaining how important it was to get him vaccinated quickly since he’s been living outdoors and needs his protection, and told me just to call the second I catch him and they will fit me in straight away. As soon as I rang back to say I had him safe and sound, they got me booked in immediately no questions asked and Barbara looked after us again and was just so wonderful, calm and so kind to him. Nothing was ever too much trouble, you went above and beyond every single time. You can really tell you all truly care about the animals you see and the owners too, you turned what could have been a really stressful time into something so easy and lovely. I wouldn’t dream of taking my pets anywhere else now, thank you so much Alice and Barbara and the whole team for being absolute stars! 🐈🧡

  I can’t thank the team at 'Young Veterinary Partnership' in Hounslow enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog, Rila, during a recent emergency. She became suddenly very unwell, and it turned out she had a serious uterine infection that required immediate surgery. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was kind, calm, and supportive. The vet acted quickly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and reassuring me throughout the process. What truly stood out was how much love and compassion they showed Rila. They treated her like their own, and that made all the difference during such a stressful time. The emergency procedure went smoothly, her uterus was safely removed, and she is now on the road to recovery — all thanks to their swift action and excellent care. I’m beyond grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend 'Young Veterinary Partnership – Hounslow' to anyone looking for skilled, kind, and trustworthy veterinary care.

  The entire team at Young Veterinary Partnership in Hounslow are amazing! They recently neutered and microchipped our three cats (separate appointments), and we were so pleased with the level of care. From the patient pre-op checks to the thoughtful follow-up calls, they made the whole process stress-free. Stitch has recovered perfectly and is running around happily without his cone while both the girls are still currently healing, but are very much back to their naughty selves! To finish it off, we have our 4th cat booked in to be neutered and chipped in a few weeks time! We highly recommend them to any pet owner! Thank you very much Team!
