I have been coming to this vet practice since 2018 and i will never change them!! They are more like family than anything, the receptionists are all so lovely and sweet, the vets know what they are talking about and the vet students are so so smart.. You can absolutely trust these people with your animals life, they cared for my Souldog Puggy all her's and gave her the best possible care ever!! All my other animals come here too (i have 6 cats and 3 other dogs) and they are in the bestest of health because of these hard working people. If you are looking for a wonderful, family type, loving vet practice for your animals you have found one here for life, i promise you!!

Writing this review based on two terrible experiences: I booked an appointment and checked in on arrival. The receptionist told me to wait to be called. I had to wait an hour before being advised that the receptionist forgot to check me in. I then had to go sit back down and wait a little longer until my pet finally got seen. The extremely long and unnecessary wait was especially unsettling for my cat. I was really shocked at the lack of service especially after seeing good reviews on Google before registering. On one occasion, they also changed my appointment and forgot to inform me until I arrived. They apologised and said I’d be next to be seen and then completely forget, letting people later than me be seen. As an excuse, one receptionist said there was only one vet which is why my appointment was moved. The other receptionist said there are two and either will see me so they were lying about how many vets were in. When I asked them why other people’s pets are being seen before mine despite me having an earlier appointment they didn’t seem to care at all and were completely unbothered. I left the vet not having my cat seen and changed to another vet which are a lot more nicer.

  • I can’t thank the team at 'Young Veterinary Partnership' in Hounslow enough for the incredible care they provided for my dog, Rila, during a recent emergency. She became suddenly very unwell, and it turned out she had a serious uterine infection that required immediate surgery. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was kind, calm, and supportive. The vet acted quickly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and reassuring me throughout the process. What truly stood out was how much love and compassion they showed Rila. They treated her like their own, and that made all the difference during such a stressful time. The emergency procedure went smoothly, her uterus was safely removed, and she is now on the road to recovery — all thanks to their swift action and excellent care. I’m beyond grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend 'Young Veterinary Partnership – Hounslow' to anyone looking for skilled, kind, and trustworthy veterinary care.

on the way to work this morning i saw a small black thing near a van as it hit its brakes. People looked van and car drove around it then i saw it run into acton park. I pulled over and after a small hunt i found this poor defenseless thing wobbling on its back legs. Its not in my blood to walk by so i put him in the car and took him tour amazing vets at youngs hounslow. An 8-10 week old kitten who they have vared for all day and she has to stay tonight as she has horrible fractures in her pelvis and low red blood count. Im happily paying for the treatment these amazing people are giving her and if she survives, they are the heroes not me. God bless every one of you and what you do. I hope we can bring 'Tina Turner' home if she pulls through and give her a forever home. Thank you all you are amazing 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

The entire team at Young Veterinary Partnership in Hounslow are amazing! They recently neutered and microchipped our three cats (separate appointments), and we were so pleased with the level of care. From the patient pre-op checks to the thoughtful follow-up calls, they made the whole process stress-free. Stitch has recovered perfectly and is running around happily without his cone while both the girls are still currently healing, but are very much back to their naughty selves! To finish it off, we have our 4th cat booked in to be neutered and chipped in a few weeks time! We highly recommend them to any pet owner! Thank you very much Team! From The Ghai Family, Boo, Lilo and Stitch! 🐱❤️ (Photos are in order of the cat’s names!)
