  I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my 13 year old Sprolly, Poppy to sleep today. The staff were absolutely amazing, kind, respectful and really supportive throughout the whole process. The tea with extra sugar was so very much appreciated too!! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart X

  We had to make the heartbreaking decision to have our beloved dog, Ned, put to sleep on Christmas Eve. It is difficult to put into words how painful that moment was for our family, but the team at Uttoxeter Vets were nothing short of exceptional. From the very first interaction, every member of staff showed genuine care, compassion and patience. They treated Ned with such tenderness and dignity, and they supported us with warmth and understanding at a time when we were completely overwhelmed with emotion. Nothing felt rushed. Everything was handled with sensitivity and respect, despite it being the most difficult time of year. Ned was given a calm, peaceful and dignified passing, and for that we will be forever grateful. At the absolute worst moment, they made an unbearable situation just a little easier to bear. We cannot thank the whole team enough. Truly outstanding people, and an incredible practice.
