  I cannot thank the school enough for what they’ve done to help save my boy Bleu! He would suffer with breathing due to his BOAS condition but after the surgery he’s living a whole new life! From walking 20mins max a day to 1 to 2 hours! Thank you to the whole team and a massive shout out to surgeons and Amy for her kindness and support, not only to me but also to the trainee Vets that were able to study Bleu’s case. Your kindness and drive to education the next generation is amazing, you are a legend!!! Thank you!!xx

  We took our whippet Stan in as an emergency on Sunday 21st December around 9pm from our vets as he had a suspected stroke. We were greeted by the wonderful Emmeline who instantly took great care of him, and kept us up to date every step of the way. On the Monday Emmeline called me several times to update us on what procedures and tests he had and what the results were. It turns out he had an Aortic thromboembolism, a very rare thing to happen in a dog, we were absolutely beside ourselves but Emmeline was super compassionate and so thoughtful at every step and told us everything that was happening. On the monday afternoon his care was transferred to the medical team and the most caring person I've ever met, Claudia took over his care with the support of her amazing team, they stayed with him day and night running different tests, hand feeding him and stroking him (his breed need all the attention!) We were allowed to go and see him every day despite living an hour and a half away, even on Xmas eve. On Xmas day Stan was strong enough to come home on pain killers and blood thinners. It was a very emotional time picking him up! We had a follow up appointment today and the intern who we saw first who took stan through said she was one of the people caring for him and she was astonished at how far he's come along... we didnt get her name but want to say thankyou for taking such good care of our boy and loving him while he was with you and for hand feeding him when he didnt want to eat, and covering him in multiple blankets when he was feeling glum... you are incredible! Claudia gave us the good news today that one of the clots is shrinking and the other hasnt got any bigger, it looks like he is on the mend. It could have been a very different story if he wasnt transferred there and treated as promptly as he was... the care and attention you gave to Stan was second to none, you are all angels and we couldn't be more thankful, especially to Claudia who is one of the kindest people I have ever met and who clearly loves animals... you are all fantastic and Stan says big thankyous for saving his life xx

  My doggie came into the veterinary hospital in a bit of a crisis. They worked wonders to bring her back. She had pancreatitis and also diabetes. She is now doing amazing and coping really well with the injections twice a day. Everyone thst was involved in Billies care have been amazing and can't thank you enough xx

  Reception team very welcoming. Procedure explained clearly by the veterinary team, all of which seemed friendly people. Just under two months ago my bulldog had Boas surgery, I'm very happy with the results. Thank you from me and thank you from my dog. (I heard a rumour The Queen's Veterinary maybe closing... hopefully not)

  Everyone who we came in contact with at the hospital had a lovely warm & friendly manner. We came in for a BOAS assessment with Amy, who was amazing! She was brilliant & our boy is quite a fussy pot when meeting new people. He was licking her face & wanted her attention. She gave us so much information without it being overwhelming & explain everything. Also email contact if we need it in the future. I would highly recommend this hospital, they really care !
