  What a lovely warm reception I received. After a horrible experience at another vets close by, this was the tonic I needed for my poorly cat. He has a lifelong condition so it was important to find a friendly, understanding practice that cares more about animals than profit. They aren’t cheap, however, they were very upfront about options and costs of the treatment on the day plus future visits and treatments. No surprise costs and for the service, advice and understanding, it’s worth every penny. Thank you

  We were on holiday in the area and my dog needed some attention. I rang them to explain the problem and he was seen on the day for a consultation. They were very helpful and lots of reassurance was given. They gave some choices of what they could do for him. Got him booked in the very next day. All went well and my little dog was back enjoying his holiday. Thanks very much 😀 👍🏼
