  I love the Oak Vets. Our 2 dogs are awkward as one gets there and makes an awful high level noise constantly and the other one is nervous on a lead - when meeting other pets. There is a carpark there and as I arrived I phoned to let them know and they supplied me with a buzzer so I could get them in without a fuss (after the other patients had gone). There was another ocassion when they took us through a different way and it's never a problem. Once in, we were not rushed and you genuinely feel 'well looked after '. Cost is average, all prices have gone up everywhere generally.

  Excellent service. The vet was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. She treated us and our pet with respect. In addition the reception staff were very kind and helpful. Very pleased with service.

  the oak have been looking after my dogs for maybe 15 years if not more. They have always been extremely obliging, my previous dog did not like any body or any other animal and they were quite happy to attend to him in the car park they always went out of their way to be as helpful as possible, all the staff are wonderfully helpful, polite, cheerful but also sympathetic and understanding when required. very happy to have the oak attending to and looking after my dog.

  My dog had been involved in a road traffic accident, and I phoned ahead to let them know we were coming. On arrival, the team were fully prepared for us and we were seen immediately. She was examined thoroughly, and everything was explained to me clearly throughout. The team at Oak Vet were incredibly empathetic, caring and honest during a very stressful time. Thankfully, the outcome was positive and we were able to bring our dog home with clear aftercare advice. Thank you so much to everyone at Oak Vet for your kindness and support.
