Read on Google →From Anxiety to Relief(tooth extractions)❤️ We have been to many, many vets in our migrant life through at least three different countries, and I can confidently say that the Finchley Vet is one of the very best. Dr. Oli performed tooth extractions on our Ariel, a much needed treatment that we have been very anxious about. The way he calmly explained the procedure as well as all the precautions his team is taking immediately put our minds at ease, and everything indeed went extremely smoothly. The entire staff is exceptionally kind and compassionate, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all!

Read on Google →I did not have the best experience at this veterinary practice and unfortunately often felt unwelcome when bringing my dog in for appointments - this was apparent from the very first appointment. My dog is a large breed and naturally quite nervous, and I quickly noticed that the vets themselves seemed uncomfortable around him. Dogs pick up on energy very easily, and after his first appointment he became increasingly anxious every time we visited. There was no effort from the vets to familiarize them selves to my dog at all. I also had a similar experience to another reviewer regarding one of the female vets. During one consultation I was unnecessarily alarmed about Brucellosis, despite my dog later testing completely negative. I also found some comments and wording quite insensitive, including a discussion around “when you give your dog away,” which was upsetting to hear considering I have had him for over 6 years and he is a much-loved member of the family. I feel communication and bedside manner with clients could be improved significantly. Since leaving this practice, I have found another vet who has been absolutely fantastic with my dog. The difference has been night and day — my dog now happily walks into appointments and leaves wagging his tail. I also found this practice extremely expensive, with what often felt like overly excessive recommendations and procedures. Previously, prescription charges were so high that it felt almost impossible to source medication elsewhere affordably. My current vet charges only £10 for prescriptions, which highlights the difference. Overall, I personally would not return or recommend this practice based on my experience. I believe there are improvements needed in both client communication and pricing transparency.
Read on Google →I have been bringing my dog Lily to this vet since the clinic first opened, and for the past year my dog Mango has been going there for check-ups as well. I honestly could not ask for better care. Dr. Oli is extremely professional, gentle, and very thorough during every visit. He always explains everything clearly, discusses the available treatment options, and is transparent about the costs. I really appreciate that he is never pushy and always makes me feel that Lily and Mango are receiving the highest standard of care. The staff are also always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, which makes every visit a positive experience. Thank you all for your wonderful professionalism, kindness, and excellent care.
