  I was so nervous about my dog being spayed she is literally my world and I was feeling really anxious about the whole thing. But staff were so lovely, friendly, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and really care about the animals they look after. When I dropped her off, I felt comfortable and confident that she was in safe hands. When I picked her up just a few hours later, she was happy despite everything she had just been through, which gave me so much relief. It was obvious she had been very well looked after. Several members of staff even came over to tell me how cute and brave she was, which honestly meant a lot and made me feel even more reassured. They also cut her nails for free during the surgery, which was such a thoughtful extra and so helpful, I would have happily paid for that. It really shows that they genuinely want the best for your dog and aren’t just trying to make money, unlike some other vets. There were no extra hidden charges at all. She has recovered brilliantly and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all so much — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  My dog had a dental and the staff were amazing. Very caring and took time to listen as my dog is a rescue and very nervous . I would definitely go back again.

  Cant fault the staff. They were absolutely brilliant and took fantastic care of my girl before, during and after her spay. They gave plenty of advice for aftercare aswell.

  Great Vet Centre! I booked for my 3 year old female American Bulldog to be spayed at the Cardiff Dog Rescue Hotel Vet Centre, and I am glad I did, from the receptionists, to the nurse and the Vet that performed the neutering , they were all amazing. They’ve put my concerns at ease, and were great looking after Ziggy before, during and after her surgery. They’ve kept me updated throughout the day , and when I went to collect my dog , they were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
