  Our 9.5yr old cockerpoo has had bouts of lethargy, had an appointment Saturday and the vet Aitor was fabulous…. Took our boy for an ultrasound and was so kind when he came back and had to explain it was not good news, he had found masses in our baby’s spleen and internal bleeding…. He operated on our boy immediately to remove his spleen and saved his life….. this guy is truly amazing, every single member off staff head concerned for our boy, and it was such a relief when they were happy with his follow up appointment today. Not out of the woods yet as waiting on biopsy results but….. Such an amazing practice with amazing staff, also a massive shout out to Claire K who has been so supportive all weekend xxx

  Today I took my 18 year old cat to be euthanized at the Fulwell practice. May I thank all the staff for their professionalism and care during this sad time. From entering to be greeted by their receptionist to the vet seeing me out I was grateful for their understanding and compassion. Thank you very much all of you, you made a very difficult evening manageable.

  Vets for pets Sunderland were able to see my cat very quickly when she developed respiratory issues. With their help she was made comfortable and diagnosed with asthma, prior to starting treatment. The ability to communicate via WhatsApp, which they respond to quickly, is really useful. They are a caring team and I would recommend them

  Dexter has been very unwell lately and I can’t praise the girls in this practise enough. From helping me when I was upset to being there for little Dexter. They helped me through this tough time being there for me on the phone too. Really lovely staff. And as you can see by the photo Dexter loves to visit you all.
