We have recently joined Kings Road Vets for our two American bulldogs due to our old vets being taken over. Our oldest Nahla has been in today to be spayed and the care and support has been absolutely amazing. All staff are always so polite, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had as anxious dog owners. Special thank you to Samara who has been brilliant and has kept us up to date from start to finish with Nahla and even a picture updating us how she was in recovery. Nahla is now home and hoping for a speedy recovery. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone ❤️

Just took our 10-week-old puppy in for a check-up after he hurt his paw, and we had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was lovely! I didn't catch the vet's name however she was incredible with our pup—making him feel completely safe and calm during the check-up. She was very reassuring and talked me through every step putting my mind at ease. I’m so relieved to know he’s doing well. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING Wendy Vicki and Angie. Vicki is the first point of contact and you could not wish for a better person to be there for you when you need help, support and reassurance. She is truly amazing, I will be forever grateful to her (so will my mam) She is a truly wonderful person who genuinely cares and shows empathy and compassion every single time. Wendy is just a super star - a vet who truly loves animals and cares about you (the owner) She is soooo calm, empathetic and supportive- you know you are in good hands when Wendy is there. Angie I met for the first time today and it is safe to say my cat is a fan of hers too. She acted with kindness, care and love towards my cat today and I will be forever grateful. Truly 3 wonderful human beings. If you are looking for a Vetinary Practice look no further than KINGS ROAD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually an exemplory service. Today I was disappointed. Please becareful when contacting for advice. I contacted the vets today for advice after my dog had ingested blood pressure tablets. Receptionist informed me she would need to seek further advice. I informed them of my dogs weight and the tablet she had ingested.I received a 45 sec phone call later from a nurse to inform me that my dog had not ingested so much for it to be dangerous and to monitor her for 24hrs. Astonishingly that cost me £60. I rang because I didn't want to waste a face to face appointment, which had I done so, would have been cheaper. At no time was I informed that this advice over the phone would incur a cost. I am staggered as to what investigation took place in order to justify £60. This seems totally disproportionate.
