  I had such a great experience at the clinic and can’t thank the team enough for the care they gave my pet. Anne Apsley was kind, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease. She was gentle, professional, and clearly cared about my pet’s wellbeing throughout the appointment. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish.   Caring and knowledgeable staff helped our little rabbit. Linsey was kind, took time and explained what was happening. I was also grateful that they could see us on short notice. It is difficult to find someone with the expertise to deal with rabbits, especially accompanied with the delicate touch to deal with such fragile and temperamental creatures. Normally we're fearful of taking a rabbit to the vet as we've seen some less than sensitive treatment before, but we will be happy to return for Millie's check up.   I have been with Garden Lodge for many years with many different pets. I would highly recommend. As anyone who has pets knows how much loved they are and you would do anything to keep them safe well and happy. Being with Garden Lodge gives me this peace of mind.
