  I have had a terrible experience at this vets with my poor dog suffering from an ear infection for nearly three months. Appointments are continuously moved. I was told I had to wait over a week for an appointment while her ear has gotten more infected and I consistently waited over 40 mins for appointments, despite arriving on time. The vets did not even examine Storm's ear during multiple appointments because they said they found it hard to do. Despite having no veterinary training, I had to take the ear swab myself during the appointment as the vet was unable to do so! I'm really shocked and saddened that my poor dog has been suffering for so long and they found no solution.

  Outstanding service and very grateful to the Thame clinic. They fitted my daughters poorly mouse in on a Saturday before closing and then again a few days later at the absolute last minute. Sadly the much loved mouse passed a few days later but knowing we had the vet support to do all we could and she wasn't in pain made all the difference to my daughter. We are very grateful for such great and compassionate service.

  Our call was answered quickly and our cat was given an apppointment immediately. The vet was very thoughtful/ kind and explained everything clearly. She provided our cat with excellent care. The other staff were also very friendly . We felt at ease.

  Have used Sprinz and Nash in the past and they have always been very good. After nine months without a pet I visited recently with our ten week old Maltipoo puppy for vaccination. Excellent service all round. Very friendly (and funny!) receptionist and vet was great. Very caring and comprehensive in examination. Very happy.

  We recently visited as our Whippet managed to get into raisins left out by our 3 year old. Sprinz and Nash saw us straight away. Vet Amy was wonderful and provided prompt treatment. The receptionist team were welcoming, kind, and friendly whilst I waited in the reception area. Thank you Sprinz and Nash team🫶
