I brought a stray cat in on Sunday afternoon about 2ish .. what was injured no chip not neutered I was advised by a male member of staff on duty that I had 7 days to find a home or they would put to sleep . I returned home to find a rescue I then received a phone call later that afternoon stating he was FIV positive .. advised to continue to find a rescue space as he had only 7 days with them !! The cat was timid but was ok to handle . The vet said he was a good boy when she clipped his fur around his wounds !! I managed to find a rescue with a registered charity who specialises in stray male cats . They’ve re homed 1000s of cats over the years following a period of treatment and assessments!! So this morning the charity rang Springfield to arrange pickup and have been refused handover I am now extremely worried and anxious about the cats future .. I feel personally responsible now that this cat will be PTS you won’t even give him a chance .. ITS DISGUSTING!! !!!!!!!

We have used this vets for a few years and always had a good service. Wanted to say a special thanks to Anna the vet. We have seen Anna a couple of times during out of hours for our dog Vinnie. Anna is great at her job. She’s very caring and empathetic. In addition to this she is very good at explaining the options for treatment and is always upfront about costs. She is an asset to the company!

Not been to this vets in over 10 years. Had to visit them on Sunday morning for an emergency appointment. What can I say… Barbra was amazing ! Our beautiful Poppy had to be put to sleep , it was so upsetting but Barbra was so patient, understanding, professional and reassuring. Her true honesty was just what we needed. We couldn’t thank her enough for the job she does. Thank you you are doing an amazing job
