Such a lovely team here, my dog had, had a run in with another dog and had a small cut, i went in no appointment and they saw him, gave it a clean and checked him over and made sure he was all ok. I oringally come from London, so this kind of caring and compassion is few and far between. Really appreciate it, as did Barney.

Our dog Teddy is registered at this vets and we had to take him for an examination as a result of him not putting any weight on his back right leg. The team at Southill were brilliant he was examined by the vet throughly and confirmed it was likely to be soft tissue damage and gave him a pain killing injection and prescribed him medication for pain. Great service. We were delighted he is on the mend all thanks to the team at Southill Vest great service.

Very professional team who treated our elderly cat quickly and kindly taking time to do the correct diagnostic tests and swiftly making the right diagnosis. They helped us with the insurance claim and I feel sure they will be as efficient with the ongoing treatment.

I took my dog to this vet and she had an infection she needed surgery but the lead vet couldn't be bothered to do it that day. She was booked in for 9am the next day. Was told to bring her home and she was absolutely fine. Bearing in mind she was vomiting blood. Within an hour my best friend died the most horrific death in my arms. I will never get over losing her. She was only 9. When dropping her off to the vets to get cremated. 2 young girls came to collect her from my car all happy and laughing. Then the icing on the cake the blanket she was wrapped in went missing. I was told they will ring me within 24 hours. Still waiting 3 months on. Not so much as an apology.
