Great vets, even thou expensive like all vets are there more than happy to help with a payment plan .........we had a horrendous experience where our beautiful JR got attacked by a off leash large dog 😭 unfortunately she died durevto how severe she was attacked .we said out very sad goodbyes in Shaftesbury where we rushed her .The staff were amazing and made sure our beautiful girl wasn't in any pain .they sent us a card a week later which I thought was so thoughtful.

Couldn’t rate the team any higher here! Great customer service and brilliant with my dog. The practice has plenty of parking and lots of room in the waiting room for anxious dogs.

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Always friendly, thorough & professional when seeing my pets. I've been going to their various surgery's for many years now. Lovely vets & lovely staff generally through all their small animal business (never used their large/farm animal side so no idea). Staff treat you as a person & an owner, with care and compassion.
