I would recommend. They include all the basic stuff but the service is not basic. They are super kind via whatsapp and also in person. Olivia and Amy are very good professionals and I can tell they do care about our pokemons. They also have coffee and plant based drinks at the clinic which is nice.

10/10 staff, absolutely amazing and really thoughtful. My first visit and the bar has been set so so high ! No fuss, got the job done whilst being amazing at handling and making sure my fur baby was calm and happy (plus a bonus point for the goodie bag)!

I really wanted to register and just speak to someone on the phone to the Acton branch but it’s not been possible and I’ve tried 3 days in a row. I think the package deal for £33 a month is great, especially because I have whippets and it includes XRays & Neutering, but not impressed with the phone line customer service at all which means unfortunately I can’t go ahead with the service. I don’t want to keep pressing buttons to an american robot.

So I tried to call the team so many times in regards to registering my fur baby with them. However, I was not able to get through ans also left the message, no one got back to me. So I just don't know at this point what is the best idea for me to get through to them?
