The manner in which I was spoken to on the phone was unacceptable. Maybe take a lesson in decorum. Definitely do not book here. If thats the way you talk to me I dread to think I how you will treat my horse.

I used Mark for many years absolutely fine. Everyone warned me about his wife, I just thought yeah yeah. Then the last time he came out to do teeth etc, she phoned up and told me in future I book online and pay £45 up front! I ve ask numerous times for my horses details to be passed on to my new vet with no response. I ve now joined the majority of the people who have spoken to that woman and found a vet that you can ring up in an emergency and they come, not have to email and hope for the best. My new vet has never heard of a vet asking for money upfront and my friend who is still with him just for now say don’t believe the £45 is knocked off the bill. The 2 stars are for Mark

The worst experience with a practice I have ever had, vet aided my horse at a show. No bill received which I thought was odd he said he would email it never came I had no idea what practice it was as they were on sight vets and with the stress with my horse having an accident I never made myself aware, and to be totally honest I forgot about it as nothing came and the madness of Xmas it wasn’t at the forefront of my mind! then I received a call from a mobile this morning from the most vile woman I have ever spoken to she said she has emailed me on many occasions which is untrue I looked through both inbox and junk and I had no previous emails other than this morning! The attitude on her was just something else she should never work or run a place like a vets zero people skills zero communication skills and just horrid

Not at all impressed, wouldn’t use again. The receptionist is blunt and rude, a bad first impression for the vets to start with. Mark himself mostly provided a good service throughout the vetting, however, after not being able to have X-rays taken on the day of the vetting due to a fault in the system, we waited 2 days for the horse to be xrayed and then were not impressed with the quality of the X-ray images. The front feet were not taken from the same angle making the images useless for the farrier. Wouldn’t really recommend using them, had much better service elsewhere. Sorry!
