We said goodbye to our beautiful 12-year-old German Shepherd on Friday, and it was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. We chose Serenity to come to our home, and we are so grateful that we did. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly professional, kind, and compassionate. They gave us the time and space we needed and treated our dog with such dignity and care. Being able to say goodbye to her in the comfort of her own home meant she was calm and relaxed, without the stress of travelling or sitting in a vet’s waiting room. We truly can’t thank them enough — there just aren’t the words. During such a heartbreaking time, their kindness and professionalism meant everything to us. We would highly recommend their services to anyone facing the difficult decision of saying goodbye to a beloved pet. Thank you Chris and Rup

We used serenity pet services 2 years ago, recommended by my aunt. I have since recommended them to others. Which has reminded me I never left a review. Unfortunately I cannot remember the ladies name who came out to us. But what I do remember is how compassionate and caring the lady was on the phone call and when she came out to us. When she arrived, we were given as much time as we needed, the lady didn’t rush us. She spoke to us and our boy, and was the sweetest soul. Our baby passed peacefully at home, free from his pain. Thanks to serenity. X

We sadly came to the decision of letting our beloved Rosie go over the rainbow bridge last week, I called them and explained everything to them we made the arrangements for the next day. Vicky, wow what a truly wonderful woman she is, came and explained everything to us what was going to happen, and it did, Rosie was a bit of a fighter, she was always a stubborn buggar, but I can’t stress enough how truly amazing and peaceful it was. They made the hardest decision a pet owner has to come to, if lucky enough,to do so, so much more easier than ever. They brought her home a few days later with the same compassion that you will never receive at a vet’s. Highly, no, strongly recommend all of the people at Serenity, from the receptionist to the lady who brought her home but out of everyone most definitely Vicky for everything. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts xx

Serenity Vet Services were the most kind and comforting people to go through such a heartbreaking experience with. right from the very start, they were so helpful and communication was amazing, Helen handled my baby with such care and love as if he was her own and didn't pressure us and gave us all the time we needed to be with him after she visited our house to see our 17 year old Maltese. I can't recommend them enough, I'm so grateful for them all and the hard work they do!!

Vicky the vet was really good she explained everything and even helped us remember the old Jack before old age and illness and validated some of the signs and decisions that had led to euthanasia through conversation not even purposeful. She didn’t let our tears affect her or assume we didn’t understand in our grief. How she does that I will never know I am broken but thankful this service exists it’s the only way for a beloved pet to go. 16 and half years of loving you Jack I wish we could have had forever but you got to go for lovely nap and I’ll see you in heaven.
