This is the first time my wife and I have visited this vets.First impressions are lasting,Catherine the receptionist was extremely pleasant and knowlegdable. Our recently aquired kitten(Dinky}was quickly intoduced to Evo the Vet.Dinky behaved herself and health check went very well. When all was done follow up visits were fully explained.Evo explained what this and future visits are for-to protect Dinkys health and our concerns. On leaving vets Catherine was again pleasant and made having to pay less painful .Must mention, a special offer was available-%50 off full price.

Always friendly and tries to put my pets at ease with fuss and affection before proceeding with treatment. Offers treats afterwards and explains in simple terms what needs to be done.

Just wanted to thank everyone involved for their prompt action yesterday after bringing my dog in , after he had ingested some slug pellets. After losing my other little dog last week it was all a bit overwhelming and just wanted to say your calmness and professionalism was much appreciated. Please pass on my thanks to the vet who saw him. He is doing well and all seems ok. Thank you again .
