Brilliant, top care. I changed to this practice due too previous one not listening to my concerns for my jack chi. First visit was expansive with vet fees plus meds. Second visit I obtained an appointment quickly due too my dog collapsing over the weekend. I had already signed up to their pet plan which covers for a lot of things. It saved me quite a bit off money but also saved my dog too. They found that he has an infection and fluid on his lung i think. Whilst I was there they clipped his nails as they were catching on the carpet and did his anal glands. Very friendly, helpful and understood his needs due to him not being a very good patient. I recommend this practice. Well done and thank you.

I have started taking my dog milo to sandymoor vets as we had a bad experience with our previous one we have found that everyone of the staff are extremely caring people and very professional and Milo is very settled while visiting. Since joining milo's ear problems are minimal he's had his teeth cleaned due to bad breathe, regular worm and flea treatments when ordered are ready super speedy to collect and the pricing isn't too bad either. I can't say enough about this vets I would highly recommend joining

We can't thank the whole team enough for the exceptional care they've given our pets over the years. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and support us through every stage of our pets' care. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team who truly cares about both their patients and the people who love them.

Due to a mistake made at another vet practice, we needed short notice support for our pets travel documents. Sandymoor gave us exactly what we needed and were extremely professional, helpful, understanding and efficient. We would definitely use them again.

After recently moving home I needed to register my two cats with a new vet and I chose Sandymoor. My cat Puffy was due her vaccination so I booked her in. I was a little nervous being our first visit but as soon as we walked into the practice we were made to feel welcome and they even had a little cat corner where you can park your cat carrier higher up so cats feel more secure. There were blankets and calming sprays as well to help relax your cat. We then went in to see Rosie, the vet who was really lovely and made both myself and Puffy feel relaxed. Very good first visit and I would highly recommend registering with them if you are new to the area and looking for a new vet.
