Had an appointment today with our dog because of some worrying symptoms. Maple vets were excellent with her, as always. Made a diagnosis & when I suggested additional tests, just in case, & to put my mind at rest - I was told, at this stage, they really weren’t necessary. Makes a change, from all the things you hear in the press. Not only was I not advised to have additional tests etc. I was told that what I was suggesting, wasn’t needed. 10/10 Maple - a practice I can trust. Thank you.

My dog Ruby had quite extensive dental surgery this week. I cannot fault the support and care we got at both Halton View and Penketh sites. The vet took the time to clearly explain everything to me which helped me to be less anxious on the day of surgery. When I collected her, the nurse took time to explain aftercare and rang me the day after surgery to check ruby was ok and to ask if i had any concerns. Post op check today confirms she is healing well. Big thank you to everyone for making quite a stressful time easier

I have used this vet’s since I first got my dog Nessie as a puppy, she is now 6. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The vet likes to get to know his patients and is very thorough in his examinations and asks a lot of questions to ensure your pet is happy and healthy. I have already recommended this vet’s to friends and will continue to do so.
