WARNING: PROTECT YOUR PETS AND YOUR WALLET. Be extremely cautious with Bilton Vets4Pets. My experience has been a nightmare of misinformation, predatory pricing, and unprofessional behavior. Their strategy is to take your money first and check the facts only when it’s too late. Why you should be careful: Medical Negligence: The vet completely missed clearly visible symptoms during an £89 consultation. I had to diagnose my pet myself and point out the symptoms to them. Extreme Overcharging: was quoted a "low cost" treatment, which suddenly jumped to £290 for a medicine that retails online for only £24. The Injection Scandal: They initially agreed that I could buy the medicine elsewhere and that they would administer the injection. However, a few hours later, they called me back to refuse, claiming the vet "doesn't feel safe" and is "scared for their license" to give a standard injection that THEY themselves prescribed! It is unheard of for a vet to be "afraid" to perform a routine procedure. This was clearly a retaliation because I refused to pay their 500% markup. It’s devastating to watch my pet suffer while this clinic refuses to help over a pricing dispute. They left me with a bleeding animal and nowhere to go because I wouldn't pay £290 for a medicine that retails for only £24 online. They promised treatment and then took it back, leaving us stranded right before the weekend. Do not trust them with your pet’s life. They mislead, they overcharge, and they will abandon you in an emergency when you refuse to be exploited.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! My parents took our dog here as we thought she had swallowed something. We insisted an X-ray to be done however they did a different scan then billed us £800 to then tell us the scan cannot see if anything is stuck. They then asked us to come in the next day to do the same scan just to see if there is any difference to then bill us £800 again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They will rob you off your money and come up with up scans and services just to take your money with no help. No refund for the misleading scan they carried out just to get £800 off us. Vets for pets you will continue to get bad reviews for the terrible service you carry out. I recommend taking your pet to Bilton veterinary centre, who were able to help instantly and find the issue.

These vets are excellent, we have registered both our cats here for a number of years now, sadly one of our cats died and was so nice today to get in the post a small card and some flower seeds to plant in remembrance, such a nice touch, thank you 🙏
