I have 2 Cocker Spainels. They needed a nail trim. Sounds easy right? What a performance 🤣 The staff were exceptional. Patient, kind, understanding and intent on giving them the best experience despite my 2 being very nervous about the process. I can't recommend this surgery enough. Yesterday's appointment was tricky but with the 2 very experienced and kind staff I had we got the job done. Thank you so much 🥰

What a lovely veterinary centre, we had to face the heartbreaking decision of saying goodbye to our family pet today, and I can’t thank the staff here enough for making a heartbreaking day as positive and calm as possible, they handled everything with a smile, care and compassion, So a big thank you.

New vet practitioner was amazing with our 2 lurchers. She thoroughly explained current rules regarding pet passports and health certificate. She reviewed pet history with us to understand our dogs current condition(s) for appropriate care on the day, and we collective discussed further care plan. She gave information about neutering our puppy and advised on options based on our previous experiences and preferences. She was patient with the dogs. Great with the anxious young pup and defensive senior dog. Highly recommend new practice and practitioner! If you want to be actively involved with your pet care and not just instructed, or left in the dark about why the vet is doing something, then this is the place for you!!

I've visited twice in the last couple months with my chickens as they were the closest to Hertford. I can't stress enough how absolutely lovely the staff are, fair prices and definitely worth the travel!
