  My original vet couldn't get me in as no vet on site again. So I called rimrose vets they offered me an appointment within 30 mins. Staff very friendly and he explained everything to me of what was up with her. In great detail as I was worried. The vet was amazing not sure of his name. Prescribed me antibiotics for her and put my mind at ease straight away. I have now switched over to Rimrose vets as I feel dolly was looked after there and seen too fast. The young lad behind the desk was polite and lovely and took time to play with my dolly. I give 10/10 for this vets. Thank you rimrose

  Had to do the hardest thing pet owners do for the old girl today. The male vet (I didn't get his name but I hope he knows he's wonderful) was incredibly kind and empathetic and helped give her a loving and peaceful send off. They offered to send an invoice to pay online so we didn't have to pay at the counter all teary-eyed and directed us to a side door to slip away through. Please give our thanks to the vet we saw. 10/10 practice for patient and compassionate staff

  If l could give 10 stars to Rimrose vets l would In the last few days of my cat Leo's life he was seen by Jonathon, who had diagnosed a large mass in his abdomen. On Friday "l made the heartbreaking" decision to let Leo eternally sleep, as he was so unwell and struggling. The whole process was done so Leo wasn't stressed or anxious, Leo peacefully went to sleep. Jonathon treated him with such care and compassion. The reassurance and empathy given to myself and daughter was second to none, nothing was to much trouble. There are too many great qualities too mention about Jonathons practice I strongly recommend Rimrose vets to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care/service My sincere thanks to Jonathon and his team

  I had my cat Fermi spayed here and the experience was very positive. They had availability at very short notice. Recovery was trouble free and she was taken very good care of. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and always available for any additional questions/updates post surgery. Thanks to Jonathan and the team for all your help!

  Had my first visit here today, the practice was clean and bright with a nice feel to it. There was also plenty of street parking nearby. My cat can be "difficult" with certain procedures but they handled him well. Of the team members we met today, all of them were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Rimrose and will be moving the rest of my animals over as needed.
