  Excellent veterinary clinic. Great first experience for my wee puppy, whole family has pets registered with them and they will help you at any time of day or night no hesitation. Thankful to have such a clinic close to home

  I highly recommend this practice. They have been absolutely amazing from the vets to veterinary nurse Louise to the girls in reception. I have 7 dogs registered with them. Every single dog is treated individually, your not just a number! You are listened to and valued. Always there anytime day or night as there has been occasions I have needed them in the middle of the night. Highly recommend 👌

  Absolutely horrendous customer service with attitude and lack of understanding of how emotional you can be about your pets. I would not recommend this practice to anyone that I know. Receptionist has a lot to learn about listening and paying attention to detail and remembering to put the phone on mute as I heard everything they said. Extremely disappointed in a service that I believed to have been doing the right thing but obviously changed over the years where customers are not valued.
