  I have recently transferred to Rayleigh vets this year after hearing some amazing recommendations. In that time I have since visited several times with my four legged family members. All I can say is that the recommendations are spot on. Stacey and her team run this practice with great professionalism, whilst ensuring their nurture and care for each of our animals is of upmost importance too. Each time we have visited, the receptionists have been more than welcoming and include their little personal flare too. They really put you at ease in a place that can be stressful on your animals and for yourself too. Although the appointments have ended up being for more smaller things, the treatment we have received from the vets and nurses themselves has again gone beyond anything we have experienced in other vets. Nothing seems like a bother or that you are just a number / name in their system. Their explanations, knowledge, care and understanding really comes across when you see them. To put it simple, Rayleigh Vets for pets, certainly stands well above the rest and I am incredibly pleased that we made the transfer. They have certainly made going to the vets a more calming and positive experience, knowing full well you will get the best care and attention for your little loved one.

  I've been using Vets4Pets for more than 7 years. Been a part of Rayleigh for nearly 3 years. Unfortunately I had to put my dog whom I grew up with put down a few months ago, she was 16. Up until the end their care was really great and they were nice and understanding with my situation. I've recently gotten a new puppy and took her for her first check up with them as I needed the flea and worming stuff and their treatment, kindness and care are still great. I can tell they really love the pets that come through, they were also very nice about my late dog Lucky. I will continue to go to this Vets

  Recently our wee dog had to have major surgery for a luxating Patella. Vets4pets Rayleigh were just amazing. From initial diagnosis, finding the right surgeon, pre operative information, helping us understand the procedure, thru the operation itself, and especially post operation/aftercare, I cannot begin to say how amazing they have been. The staff from nurses to vets have been caring, helpful and so professional, and I can’t thank them enough. I’d like to shout out the Practice Manager for all her much needed support and for making the stressful situation for us so seemless. Thank you to everyone involved, you really are the best. I couldn’t have wanted that journey with any other veterinary surgery.

  😁 We are more than impressed so far after our first real visit here with our two kittens. We changed to Vets4Pets after a personal recommendation, and I'm glad we did. All of the staff are excellent and very informative. Will be visiting again for a follow up after our cats surgery. Would I reccomend them... yes 100% 😁👍🐈🐈

  Such warm welcome lovely staff, made my two nervous pups very settled. About 4 hours after registering we noticed one of our boys had worms called and was dealt with straight away and was able to collect tablets within 15 minutes! So pleased we done our research and have full confidence with this surgery ☺
