Didn't actually use them, just popped in to get directions but the lady at the sldeak was very helpful and even googled the address I was given to try and find it for me.

Totally unprofessional. Booked a course that was to take place at ProStock Vets who failed to have it booked down due to the person in charge at desk being on "holiday" who also failed to check earlier emails when back. To turn up on day of course to be rudely greeted to with such attitude by an inexperienced girl at desk who spoke with one syllable answers. After paying £800 for a course you would expect a bit of professionalism !!
