  Priory vets are a breath of fresh air! All the vets and receptionists we have seen are so friendly and compassionate! They have even been phoning to see how our puppy is doing between visits. I highly recommend these guys.

  We were staying nearby on holiday and had urgent need of a vet for our dog. Priory vets were simple to book online (same day appointment). Great care of our dog who is now on the mend and we can enjoy our holiday!

  I cannot thank Justin and the wonderful team at Priory enough for their incredible help yesterday. I am from out of town and needed a quick appointment for my dog, Loki. Even though we aren't regular clients, they accommodated us without hesitation. The vet, Justin, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, which completely put my mind at ease. I am so grateful for how quickly they were able to get my "Loki bear" in for an X-ray, and Justin swiftly sent all the results and information over to my regular vet back home so our care could remain seamless. Thank you all for your kindness and exceptional professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

  We booked an appointment with this practice while on a one week holiday in Cardigan after a difficult night with our dog who has an advanced heart condition. The lady vet who examined our dog was one of the best vets I've ever met, by a mile. She took her time examining our dog and then explaining everything to us clearly and patiently, including our options and best next steps. She did not once appear to be rushing us out and went to great lengths to make things easier for us to understand, in simple terms. We left relieved and trusting she really wanted the best for our dog and not just going through the motions, which can sometimes be the case with some vets. She is really wonderfu and if we lived in Cardigan she would be our vetl!!!!
