  Imogen is our favourite vet and she is always available to see our dog, we have been through thick and thin together, trust her every word, she gives the best hugs and is so kind and caring. Priory Vets on the whole are a fantastic team from the receptionists, admin, nurses and vets, their facilities are second to non.

  Having been a client of Priory Vets since the 1980s, it was wonderful to hear they were opening a branch closer to my home in Lymington! Immy, the lead vet of this practice is the most kind, compassionate and caring person who takes an active interest in our animals, not just a "Patient Carer" relationship. She enjoys a cuddle and giving treats as much as our cats do! She remembers details from previous appointments, shares in our joy at good news and shows the kindest empathy when we have hard choices to make. Her support team are also fantastic - they remember which of our cats is which when we bring them together, recommend ways to help better administer medication and offer advice if there is a more financially sensible way of managing our pet's care. I can't praise this team and the larger practice team enough for how well they look after not just their patients but the families too! Thank you.
