  Every time I bring my dog Bella to see one of the vets if she’s poorly. Like last week her ear was hurting her. The vet was so caring and friendly put my dog at ease and treated her problem straight away. Her ears all better now thanks to the vet. ❤️

  Portland Vets are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, availability of being seen is always accommodated. I trust their advice and judgement and they seem to really care. Having a reliable vets for your pet is great peace of mind. Oscar the 6 year old spaniel. (He didn’t write this).

  We have been a customer of Portland vets for over 10 years now. Starting at East Grinstead and moving to Horley when they opened as it was closer to home. Since then we have moved 40 miles away but we still use Portland because we are so confident of their services. Whenever we go to the vets we are always impressed with the service offered by all of the staff. We always feel part of the answer to any of our pets ailments and we come up with a plan to achieve the outcome that we want. We have had dogs for nearly 40 years now and this vet chain is the best we have had and I’m pleased to say they are expanding with there new Crawley branch.

  Portland Vets Horley are simply wonderful in my eyes and I have never had a negative experience with them. Jo, Charlotte and Josie have always been very caring with my little Bichon Missy and they genuinely seem to care about her wellbeing and are always happy to answer questions. I would not consider any other vet for Missy and I know that my wife feels the same. Thank you!

  I searched far and wide to find an independent veterinary practise and Portland have never failed to impress. They support us both with family dogs and the dogs we care for as part of Mucky Pupz Canine Services Ltd and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They know our dogs are our world and the care we receive is first class!
