Pilgrims Veterinary Practice is excellent. It is easy to get an appointment and Doe (my greyhound) is always given a great welcome. The vet gives plenty of time to discuss Doe's health issues and create a plan to manage them. Like all pets, Doe is a very special part of our family and therefore keeping her fit, well and happy is so important. Thank you Pilgrims

An excellent team of vets and staff who are genuinely committed and compassionate about putting the animal first. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s not a “walk away” after treatment; they make sure that they are following up on the patient, whether it’s the vet, the vet nurses or the receptionist practitioners. They know my animals well, from cats, dogs, chickens and ponies and therefore I have complete trust in their knowledge, care and ethos for my animals and me.

Amazing support for our dog who took ill on holiday. We were seen really quickly and tests were carried out and results returned on the same day. Staff were really caring. We are very grateful for their help

While on holiday, our miniature dachshund was bitten by an adder, and we were incredibly grateful for the care provided by Pilgrims Vets. They saw her promptly, were calm, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment and communication were excellent throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better care during a stressful situation.
