Thank you for all of your help and support regarding our cat Fudge, recent illness. As you can imagine we were both very worried and upset but you put our minds at rest with your lovely calming environment. We especially appreciated your separate cat waiting room with all of the calming paraphernalia available, what a fantastic idea!

Our first visit, for a yearly booster with a nervous sprocker, was very reassuring. The reception staff were welcoming and the vet was friendly, warm and definitely an animal lover. They held our dog, soothed her and tried to bond with her, despite her nervous disposition. The vet listened and took onboard all the information we shared and was reassuring too. A great visit. Very happy to give 5 stars on day 1.

Our first time at Phoenix Vets as we have just moved to Kegworth, not far from Loughborough. Our rehomed 9 month old kitten was well looked after for his first vaccination and microchip. All the staff were welcoming and friendly towards us and the our fur baby kitten, Mango was given a couple of treats! We were given lots of advice and signed up to their family health plan which we think is very good value. Poor Mango is being neutered next week but we are sure they’ll take brilliant care of him. A big thanks to all the vets and staff for making our first visit welcoming.

I have owned dogs and other pets for many years and have known a lot of the staff at Pheonix for almost as long. I can honestly say they represent everything that is good about veterinary care and medicine. I've had experiences from the very worst to the very best of pet ownership and at each stage I've been able to trust any member of their staff to be by my side and be honest, understanding and professional. Under their care my treasured Shih Tzus are part of a caring and trustworthy, professional family.

I cannot thank these guys at Phoenix vets enough. They are by far the very best when it comes to the care given to my dog. They are so professional, kind and the advice they give is amazing. My dog is terrified of fireworks, tonight fireworks are being set off and he is curled up at the side of me rather than cowering behind the settee. My dog has just had a small surgery and the follow up care is second to none. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. These guys are awesome.
