They offer a free consultation phone call to discuss options and answer questions, ensuring clients feel informed and prepared for the process. Pet Home Farewell operates by appointment only from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Emergency and out-of-hours appointments are available on request, but for non-elective emergencies, clients are directed to their usual veterinary practice or Vets Now Herne Bay.

  Juana came to our home today for our dog Sky. She was very professional, kind and caring to Sky, our other pets and our family. She gave us privacy while the sedation took effect and then waited outside after she had died to give us time alone with her again. Our Sky died peacefully with dignity and quickly without any suffering. We are very grateful for her care today. Thank you
