Our beautiful boy, Blue, the best cat ever and part of our family for the last 19 years, dearly loved unfortunately the time came for him to cross the rainbow bridge. The vets however didn't see him as our special boy but rather just a transaction. No compassion whatsoever. My wife called them in the morning and asked for a home visit euthanisation due to myself being a permanent wheelchair user and their premises not having disabled parking. The receptionist took the details and said that a nurse would call me back to ask some difficult questions and go through the procedure. 4 hours elapsed and nothing, all the time Blue is rapidly deteriorating before out eyes. So, my wife rang back and got the most uncaring and insensitive receptionist ever who treated us like we were just booking Blue in for a spa treatment "oh just bring him" like it was that simple. Anyway, a nurse did eventually ring back and attend later that day and put our boy out of suffering. The next day we got sent both a text and an email. Not, sorry for your loss of anything of compassion, just a link to pay the bill. Just a figure too, not itemized or anything. Interestingly while we were on hold numerous times yesterday the hold message portrayed that the business was family caring in nature. It so is NOT. They need to remember that pets are like our children. They are part of the family. They are not a statistic or commodity. I will never forgive them nor use them in future. It is bad enough being heartbroken. Now I am angry too. Andy, Sam and Blue RIP.

Very impressed with the practice. The staff were friendly, professional, and informative throughout. They kept us updated on Leia's procedure and made sure we knew what was happening at every stage. Excellent care and communication – I would highly recommend them.

I love this veterinary practice and have been using it for 18 years. All our dogs love it too. Everyone is helpful and understanding and they were amazing when we had to have our dog euthanised following a spell of illness with cancer. They have a great open day which my grandchildren look forward to every year. Thank you all so much

Yesterday I had to take Albie to Broadway Herne Bay to have him put down. He has been with us for 8 years had two operations and visited monthly to manage his pain. The staff have been so welcoming and friendly. Albie loved the vets walking in with his tail wagging. Thank you so much for looking after him and the support you provided. I was in bits yesterday and the staff were so supportive. You guys are awesome.
